Wild Alaska smoked salmon chowder from Seattle based Ivar's Seafood, Soup and Suace Company won the People's Choice Award at Wednesday night's 2010 Symphony of Seafood new products competiton in Seattle. ¿	Chef's Special Collection Bacon Dill Flounder by American Pride Seafoods: Natural flounder fillet breaded with dill season bread crumbs and bacon bits. ¿	Dill Havarti Salmon Burger with Roasted Peppers by Aqua Cuisine: Wild Alaska salmon burger made with sustainable pink an chum salmon, dill, havarti cheese and roasted peppers. Crab Stuffed Pacific Salmon by Aqua Star: Snow crab stuffed wild salmon topped with seasoned bread crumbs. Celbrity Chef Tom Douglas arrives at the 2010 Symphony of Seafood and is greeted by event organizer Val Motley. Symphony judges hard at work.
