Fleet tracking system to sustain Cyprus' stocks

FLEET tracking specialist BlueFinger of Wells, England, has won a £1 million ($2 million) contract to provide an Internet-based vessel management system (VMS) to the Department of Fisheries and Marine Research (FMR) in Cyprus.
