How Russia lost $425m fleet!

RUSSIA is starting to plan a new $3 billion fleet (see page one). But it has lost the whole fleet of fifteen state-of-the-art factory trawlers of 105 metres long it built in Spain during the early '90s at a cost of $425 million.
