The Oslo Bors has created three marketplaces with different admission requirements:

• The main list: The company must have a market value of at least NOK 300 million (€27.6 million/$32.4 million) and at least 500 owners, at least 25 percent spread among the general public. Requires EEA prospectus subject to control by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
• Oslo Axess: Market value of at least NOK 8 million (€736,000/$864,000) and at least 100 owners, at least 25 percent spread among the general public.
