'World's greatest' caviar recirc farm starts production

A PLANT operator cleans out fresh sturgeon carcasses produced at a caviar farm at Demmin in the north of Germany, which has just come on stream after being fully commissioned by well-known recirculation specialist Fischtechnik Fredelsloh, also of Germany.
