Vi trenger kreative og innovative personer i sjømatnæringen som finner løsninger og akselererer endringer, folk som er villige til å lære av andre og som vil dele egen erfaring og ressurser slik at vi kan nå et felles mål om å bruke ressursene best mulig, mener Adriana Sanchez i amerikanske Sea Delight.

Adriana Sanchez is sustainability director for Sea Delight LLC, and president of the Sea Delight Ocean Fund, a non-profit founded by the company supporting fishery improvement projects (FIPs) around the world.

IntraFish: How did you enter the seafood industry and why? What drew you to it as a career?

Adriana Sanchez: Sea Delight, LLC is our family’s business. In 2010 the company was growing in many different areas and my father approached me about coordinating the seafood imports as well as learning about seafood sustainability.
